Building careers with pathways to advancement (rather than just jobs) in rural communities presents unique challenges and opportunities. This session will explore the diverse perspectives and stakeholder needs for successful workforce development in these communities, including in agricultural, Tribal, plains, and desert regions. Panelists will address the challenges employers and workers face, as well as the benefits and obstacles for developers and engineering, procurement, and construction contractors (EPCs).
