Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies (EPCs) often provide a critical role in utility-scale project execution and success. Given current complexities with Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) rules, Placed-in-Service deadlines, and “Beginning of Construction” requirements, the EPC is a decisive factor in ensuring that a project remains bankable and qualifies for applicable tax credits.
