Ben Norris is SEIA’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. He leads all of SEIA’s advocacy efforts and issue campaigns on federal regulatory matters, including engagement with the White House and Executive Branch agencies. He also represents SEIA in litigation affecting the interests of the solar industry.

Before joining SEIA, Ben served for ten years as senior counsel at another national energy trade association where he advised on environmental, infrastructure, administrative, and political law issues. He was also an associate in the energy and environmental practice of a Washington, D.C. law firm.

He lives in Washington with his wife, daughter, son, and dog.
