Following the panel, Beyond the Megawatt: Community Engagement that Actually Resonates, attendees will have 30 minutes for structured networking focused on addressing community concerns and the execution of community engagement strategies. Attendees will have the opportunity to break out into groups focused on a particular community concern from the list below:

• Impact on Land (Water, agriculture, soil health, etc.)
• Habitat and Wildlife Disruption
• Safety (specifically BESS fire safety)
• Property Value & Community Inconveniences (concerns around noise, traffic during construction, landscape views)
• Decommissioning Plans

 Each break-out group will discuss their experiences addressing that community concern. Attendees will have an opportunity at the end to network as a full group while comparing their responses and identifying takeaway lessons.
