Justin Baca leads the development and implementation of SEIA's research agenda in coordination with the Government Affairs department, Communications department and Market Research Committee. Since joining SEIA in July 2008, he has lead the production of SEIA's annual report on the state of the solar industry, the U.S. Solar Industry Year in Review, and managed several major policy analysis projects. Justin holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
