As Sustainability and ESG Associate at EDP Renewables North America, Vidha Dixit drives initiatives that turn sustainability goals into measurable impact. She supports quarterly ESG reporting for internal and external stakeholders and operationalizes company-wide environmental, social, and governance strategies across North America — from advancing materials circularity, sustainable supply chains, to building ESG awareness.

Vidha’s career spans consulting, nonprofit, and corporate roles, giving her a unique lens on climate and sustainability solutions. At Schneider Electric, she guided clients on Net Zero strategies through SBTi, GHG accounting, and CDP reporting. She has also served as a sustainability fellow with Food Bank of the Rockies, and earlier in her career, worked in talent acquisition and global sales at Hilti Inc.

She holds a BBA from the University of Houston and an Impact MBA with a Certificate in Carbon Management from Colorado State University. Vidha is also a LEED Green Associate and TRUE Zero Waste Advisor, committed to creating a more resilient, climate-positive future.
