Voting Board Member
Individuals who are either the main board representative for a Terawatt-level member company, a Division Chair, one of the three elected directors, or the SEIA State Affiliate Representative.

Voting Alternate
Official board alternate who will be filling in as the voting representative for this meeting.

Voting Guest of a Terawatt Member
Guest of a Terawatt-level member who will be voted in as a voting representative for this meeting. This is only for individuals who are not the main board representative nor the official alternate.

Non-Voting Board Alternate
Official alternates who are not filling in for the main board representative. This includes the official alternates of Terawatt members, Division Vice Chairs, the elected director alternate, and the SEIA State Affiliate Alternate.
