Guided Meditation & Staff Lunch in honor of AANHPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month

In recognition of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, please join us for a guided meditation and mindfulness session on Tuesday, May 26, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET.
 
We’re excited to welcome an instructor from Bluebird Sky Yoga, a local AANHPI-owned studio in DC, to lead a private meditation and mindfulness session for SEIA staff. The session is intended to provide an opportunity to pause and recharge through a guided practice centered on mindfulness and well-being.
 
Those joining in person are welcome to gather in the main conference room, and a Teams link will be provided for staff participating virtually. Since this is a guided meditation session rather than a yoga class, no mats or special equipment are needed. However, if you’d like to bring a mat, cushion, or other item to help you feel comfortable during the session, please feel free to do so.
 
Immediately following the session, we'll provide a catered lunch from a local AANHPI-owned restaurant in Cafe Sol.
