Nylah Oliver
Sustainability Director
City of Savannah, Georgia
She previously served as Head of Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance at The Promise Homes Company. There, she led cross- functional sustainability and social impact initiatives across a 600-unit housing portfolio, driving energy conservation efforts and vendor diversity programs, resulting in $7 million in MWBE spending. Nylah also held prior roles at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), United Parcel Service (UPS), the Georgia Institute of Technology, and Wells Fargo, where she advanced stakeholder engagement, supplier diversity, and corporate responsibility reporting on an international scale.
Nylah holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Urban Planning and Economic Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Georgia.
